During her high school years, Rhonda began working in the restaurant industry. This early work experience allowed her the opportunity to exhibit her vibrant personality and genuine love of people and service, which developed into her fantastic understanding of good customer service. Rhonda’s mother was a dental assistant for 17 years, inspiring Rhonda to make the transition to a dental career.
Rhonda has been a dedicated employee to Purely Smiles Dental for 18 years. She started out as a dental assistant and worked her way up to financial coordinator/insurance manager before becoming the office manager. Rhonda works hard to provide great customer service around our affordable quality care. She adds a warm and cheerful feel to your experience at our office while helping you meet your dental needs. She strives to make your overall dental experience the best one yet and promises many more to come.
Rhonda is also very dedicated to her home and husband, Steven, and two daughters, Ashley and Victoria. She enjoys traveling to visit her family and home-away-from-home in Washington State. Rhonda loves sharing her time with others and entertaining friends and family.
Natalia was born in Ukraine. She has been working as a dental assistant for over 7 years. She has gained experience and skills working with dedicated and talented Dental Professionals. Natalia always strives to give her utmost attention to our patients. Outside dentistry, she enjoys fitness workouts, cooking and spending time and holidays with her friends and family.
Victoria was born in Rockford, IL and moved to the Chicagoland area when she was 3 years old. She has grown up close to the dental field as her mother and grandmother were also dental assistants, and then her mother later on became office manager. Victoria has a huge love for animals and managed a veterinary practice for several years. However, she has always wanted to pursue a career in the dental field and is so happy to be here and be a part of this amazing team!
Victoria has 3 Chihuahua mixes: Pepper-Potts, Daisy, and Guadalupe. In her free time, she loves watching Netflix, going to the gym, enjoying good weather, and spending time with family and friends.
Susan is our dental hygienist at Purely Smiles Dental. She is a Mexican-American who was born and raised in East Rogers Park, Chicago. She worked as a dental assistant and receptionist for 7 years and then went on to become a dental hygienist. She has been practicing for over 21 years. Susan strives to be thorough, yet gentle, when treating her patients and believes education and prevention are the key to overall good dental health. She currently resides in Chicago with her husband, Omar, and their two children: Adrian, 23, and Camila, 9. In her spare time, she enjoys rom-com movies, reality TV, and spending time with family and friends.
